MIDIWORX by TeckWorx

Terms of use

The rules for using midiworx.com and purchasing its digital products.

Seller: TeckWorx. Grievance contact: support@teckworx.com. These policies govern the digital products offered by TeckWorx, subject to applicable law.

Scope and agreement

These terms cover this website and, when enabled, its digital software and layout-template orders. Product-specific checkout terms, the EULA and applicable statutory rights also apply. Review the description, compatibility, price, tax and licence scope before paying. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

Orders and pricing

Prices are stated separately in INR and USD; they are not currency conversions. The checkout must disclose the final payable amount, applicable taxes, seller identity and product entitlement before payment. No order is completed by this private review website. An order is accepted through the connected provider’s confirmation process. Errors or unavailable products will be addressed before acceptance or remedied as required by law.

Permitted use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, exploit security weaknesses, impersonate another person, abuse forms or redistribute software or templates without permission. Keep purchase credentials secure.

Trial, offers and delivery

The 14-day free trial applies only to MIDIWORX. No trial is offered for TURBOWORX, VAULTWORX, bundles or printable templates. Academy offers require eligibility confirmation and their disclosed terms. Products are delivered digitally, not as physical hardware.

Intellectual property and third parties

Site content and products are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party names identify compatibility and do not imply endorsement. External sites and checkout providers have their own terms.

Service, liability and changes

We aim to maintain accurate information and address faults. Software cannot guarantee a specific performance result. Keep independent backups before changing editor settings. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liabilities or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes apply prospectively; the terms accepted for an order govern that order unless otherwise lawfully agreed.

Indian law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including applicable consumer, information technology and data protection law. For grievances, contact support@teckworx.com first to seek resolution. Nothing prevents a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission, court or other authority, or removes a mandatory right under applicable law. Disputes may be brought before the authority or forum competent under applicable law.
