Software and printable templates are supplied digitally; no physical goods are shipped.
What you receive
Your confirmation should identify the purchased product and provide verified download and licence access where applicable. Layout purchases supply ready-to-print digital files; a controller, printed overlay and other hardware are not included. The software bundle includes MIDIWORX, TURBOWORX and VAULTWORX plus one chosen layout worth ₹399. The three-layout bundle includes all three templates.
Delivery status
Checkout displays the delivery timing before payment. Payments are verified manually against merchant records; clicking “I’ve paid” does not confirm receipt. After verification and fulfilment, purchased software and templates are available through the customer portal, with activation keys for software where applicable.
Missing access
Check your purchase email and spam folder. Contact support@midiworx.com with your order reference if confirmation or access is missing. We will investigate non-delivery and supply the applicable remedy under law and the refund policy.
