How information is used when you contact us or purchase a digital product.
Information and purposes
Support enquiries may contain your name, email, message, order reference and technical details you choose to provide. We use them to answer your request, diagnose issues and resolve complaints. Connected checkout and licensing providers may process order, billing and entitlement information to fulfil purchases and meet legal obligations. We do not ask you to submit payment-card details through support forms.
Forms and reCAPTCHA
Google reCAPTCHA processes technical and interaction information to prevent abuse on protected forms. Administrator sign-in uses rate limits and mandatory authenticator verification instead of reCAPTCHA. Form submissions are verified by the server before email delivery. Trial requests retain your email, selected release, delivery status and download-attempt count. Trial links expire and use hashed tokens in storage. Enquiries are retained separately from purchase records; a trial request is not marketing consent. Google’s privacy terms apply to its services. Email sent directly to support is processed by our mailbox service.
Providers and transfers
Hosting, email, security, checkout and licensing providers may process information on our behalf or under their own obligations, including outside India. Hostinger provides website hosting, Supabase provides account authentication, Google provides reCAPTCHA for protected forms, and our configured email service sends account, support and trial messages. TeckWorx operates the licence service. We review this list when connected providers change. We do not sell your support information or use a support enquiry as newsletter consent.
Retention and security
We retain information only as needed for the purpose, legitimate dispute handling or legal record-keeping requirements. Access should be restricted to authorised personnel; transport should be encrypted. No system can promise absolute security. Specific provider retention schedules must be confirmed before launch.
Your choices and rights
Contact support@midiworx.com for access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent or a privacy grievance, as available under applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing or mandatory record retention. We may verify identity proportionately. Rights apply under Indian data protection provisions currently in force and any other applicable law. This notice does not assert that every provision of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act has commenced.
Children and updates
Do not submit a child’s personal information through these forms. A separate age-appropriate process and any required guardian consent must be established before offering accounts to children. Material processing changes will be reflected in this notice before the relevant service is enabled.
