A draft licence framework for the MIDIWORX software family.
Licence, not ownership
A valid purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive right to use the purchased software within the licence scope disclosed and accepted at checkout. Intellectual property ownership remains with its rights holders. Device limits, transfer rules, permitted commercial use and update entitlements must be finalised before licences are sold; this draft does not impose an invented activation limit.
MIDIWORX trial
The trial lasts 14 days and applies only to MIDIWORX. At expiry, continued licensed use requires the applicable purchase. Trial start, expiry and enforcement instructions will accompany the verified release. No automatic payment or subscription is established by this website.
Restrictions
Do not unlawfully redistribute, sell access to, circumvent licence controls or modify the software to bypass entitlements. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law. Preserve copyright notices. Third-party and open-source components retain their applicable terms.
Data, backups and termination
Keep independent backups of important files and settings. Confirm compatibility before use. Material licence breaches may lead to termination after notice and an opportunity to remedy where appropriate or required by law. Any termination or liability limitation remains subject to mandatory consumer rights. The refund policy and Indian-law dispute provisions in the terms apply.
